Washington is ready for any decision taken by Russia on the Black Sea initiative. Jake Sullivan, national security adviser to the US president, said in an interview with CBS.

According to him, the United States allows both the continuation of the grain deal and Russia’s withdrawal from it. Sullivan noted that the choice remains with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

It was previously reported that on the morning of Sunday, July 16, the last ship under the grain agreement left the port of Odessa. He is headed to Istanbul. The Black Sea initiative expires on 17 July.
