The court’s decision to fine singer Elizaveta Gyrdymova (Monetochka) * for not indicating her status as a foreign agent in social networks was appealed by the artist, RIA Novosti reports with reference to data from the Moscow Basmanny court.

The singer’s complaint was accepted by the court last Monday. The date of his consideration is not reported.

Recall that at the end of June it became known that the artist was fined by the Basmanny court for posting a video with her interview on YouTube without indicating that this material was prepared by a foreign agent. The court noted that other materials of the singer’s channel hosting the video also lack the appropriate markup.
