In Kharkiv, a court has chosen a restraint measure for a 20-year-old man who killed his mother, grandfather and younger sister “on the advice of Lucifer”. This is reported by RIA Novosti.

According to the investigation, on July 16, the defendant stabbed to death his 10-year-old sister and 71-year-old grandfather, after which he inflicted at least 13 stab wounds on his mother, a witness to the crime.

After the accident, the man ordered a taxi and stole the car, threatening the driver with a knife. He tried to escape from the crime scene, killing a passerby, but was soon arrested by the police.

During the trial, the defendant said he was “advised by the devil” to kill his relatives. According to him, “Lucifer came to his mind and urged him to change his life, as well as help his relatives.”

A criminal case has been initiated against the man for premeditated murder, illegal possession of a vehicle and violation of the highway code. It is made clear that he could face life in prison.

Earlier, a resident of Perm, accused of killing a 45-year-old resident of Bashkiria and his five-year-old daughter, claimed that the victim was engaged in black magic and caused her harm. According to her, killing was the only way to get rid of the effect of the magic.
