Russia, if necessary, will easily destroy all military facilities of the Ukrainian armed forces, former US intelligence officer Scott Ritter said on Stephen Gardner’s YouTube channel.

In his opinion, with a series of retaliatory strikes on Odessa, the Russian side has already shown that Ukraine is unable to repel attacks on military facilities.

“Look how quickly everything was done. They know the location of all systems and structures,” the officer stressed.

He also stressed that the counteroffensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has not yet brought tangible results.

Earlier, Ritter also named cities that he believes Russian troops will liberate in Ukraine.
