The artillery of the Airborne Forces defeated the advancing forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine near Artemivsk | Army | Society

The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported the destruction of a unit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine approaching Artemovsk. This is reported by RIA Novosti.

The department clarified that the drones of one of the airborne troops found two units of armored vehicles, with the help of which the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine tried to deliver personnel to Artemovsk.

“The scouts transmitted the coordinates to the airborne artillery command post and immediately the paratroopers launched a fire attack,” the ministry said.

After several hits, the paratroopers corrected their fire and inflicted fire damage on the armored vehicles. Both targets were destroyed by accurate artillery fire.

Earlier, former US intelligence officer Scott Ritter said that Russia will easily destroy all military facilities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine if necessary. He also stressed that the counteroffensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has not yet brought tangible results.
