Russian Ambassador to Washington Anatoly Antonov said that continued US military support of Ukraine will only prolong the agony of Vladimir Zelensky’s regime and lead to new victims, including among the civilian population, reports RIA Novosti.

Thus, the diplomat commented on the allocation of another package of military assistance to Kiev in the amount of 1.9 billion dollars.

According to Antonov, the US authorities do not dare to admit that plans to defeat Russia are failing.

“In a fit of impotent rage, Washington sends new missiles and ammunition to the puppets,” said the head of the diplomatic mission.

Therefore, according to the ambassador, the United States expects to harm Russia.

Earlier, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova called false reports of alleged negotiations between Moscow and Washington on Ukraine.
