The economist spoke about the recalculation of pensions for working pensioners since August | Money

According to her, the pension can be increased by up to three pension points. The economist noted that the number of corresponding points depends on the amount of contributions to the Social Fund, and the cost of one point depends on the year in which the pension was issued.

Ivanova-Shvets explained that the monthly increase in the pension would be a maximum of about 370 rubles. The recalculation takes place automatically, the pensioner does not need to submit any applications.

In addition, the economist added that the recalculation will affect those who have previously provided additional documents to change payment terms. The indexing will also concern residents of the Russian Federation who turned 80 in the previous month.

Earlier, the decision of the Russian government to simplify the procedure for assigning bonuses to pensions for northern and rural experience was reported. The corresponding decree was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
