As a party source told RIA Novosti, this political event will raise the topic of “an exceptional decision: to issue a party certificate not to a person, but to artificial intelligence “Vladimir Zhirinovsky”.”
The interlocutor of the agency explained that, according to the statutes of the Liberal Democratic Party, documents can only be issued to one person – a citizen of the Russian Federation. But the party leadership believes that the issuance of a party neural network card can become a kind of symbolic act to perpetuate the founder of the faction.
