The Soviet District Court in Kazan has detained 29-year-old Sergei Novikov for two months on charges of preparing to set fire to military equipment, TASS reports.

Note that Novikov was charged under the article on participation in the activities of a terrorist organization (part 2 of article 205.5 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
