WHAT YOU SHOULD DO

Our financial department is a single business partner for all teams. The guys are engaged in budgeting of our departments, planning payments, placing funds on a deposit, preparing management reports. There are currently two people in the finance department, and in order to get the job done even faster and more efficiently, we are looking for a new colleague to fill the role of junior finance manager.

With us you will:

  • Deal with operational tasks: making requests for payment, compiling a draft of the payment register based on incoming invoices, etc.
  • Participate in the implementation of a new financial product in the work of the department and the company, which will simplify financial accounting and automate internal business processes. This is a new software for the team, so we will learn to work in it together with you 🙂
  • Help colleagues from other departments understand this product and advise them if necessary.
  • Participate in the budgeting process, analyze the plan-fact.
  • Participate in the preparation of monthly management reports.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN CANDIDATES

  • Profile education is a must have. You have recently graduated from a bachelor’s or master’s degree in specialized faculties (financial management, finance and credit, economics).
  • You are familiar with the basics of accounting. accounting.
  • It will be great if you have minimal experience in the financial sector (during internships, practice).
  • You are proficient in Google Docs, MS Excel at the level of formulas and pivot tables.
  • You can switch between tasks.
  • You live in Moscow and are ready for the office format for the first time of work and the hybrid format after passing the IS.
