US Confirms Ukrainian Armed Forces Used Cluster Munitions in NMD Area | Society

The White House confirmed that the Armed Forces of Ukraine (UAF) began using US-supplied cluster munitions about a week ago.

“I’d say it was about a week ago,” White House spokesman John Kirby told TASS.

He noted that the United States delivered ammunition to the Kiev regime in the shortest possible time.

We recall that the states and Ukraine are not among the countries that have ratified the international convention banning the use of cluster munitions.

Earlier, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said that if the United States of America transfers cluster projectiles to Ukraine, Russian troops will be forced to use similar weapons against Ukrainian forces in the NMD zone.
