The State Duma has proposed to increase the vacation period for the mobilized | In Russia | Politics
State Duma deputy Yana Lantratova proposed to increase the vacation of mobilized citizens to the minimum period for vacation of military personnel under the contract – 30 days.
With such an initiative, Lantratova turned to Deputy Defense Minister Ruslan Tsalikov, reports RT.
The MP drew attention to the fact that at the moment the mobilized Russians participating in the special operation have the right to leave for a period of 14 calendar days, excluding travel time to the vacation spot and back.
Vacation is granted every six months, it turns out that annually mobilized citizens are entitled to 28 calendar days of vacation. While military personnel in contract military service rest every year for 30 calendar days.
In this regard, the deputy stressed the disparity in the rights of participants in the special military operation to receive leave, proposing to increase the total duration of leave for mobilized up to 30 days within 12 months.
In addition, the legislator proposes to provide the mobilized with an additional day off for every three days of direct participation in active hostilities.
Meanwhile, a bill was introduced in the State Duma providing for the possibility of admitting participants in a special military operation to exams at the traffic police without studying at a driving school.
