The candidate of Economic Sciences, financial analyst Mikhail Belyaev believes that, most likely, the price of the US currency in August will remain around 90 rubles.
The specialist noted that currently the ruble has taken a fairly stable position in the region of 90 rubles to the dollar. Taking into account the general state of the Russian economy, we can assume that there will be no radical changes in the last summer month.
However, as Belyaev noted, it should be noted that the situation is influenced by information factors, which cannot be 100% predicted. According to him, if “some too strong negative informational events happen, they may be able to push (the ruble) down.”
Now, based on the current situation, the expert said that we should focus on 90 rubles to the dollar and “take it, probably, for the moment as a new reality.”
