Polyansky: Kyiv has amassed significant military capabilities in ports | Politics
Kiev, under the guise of a grain deal, was building up military capabilities at Black Sea ports, so Moscow regards Ukraine’s maritime infrastructure as military facilities, Deputy Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation Dmitry Polyansky said at a meeting of the UN Security Council.
“For a year, under the guise of a grain deal, the Kiev regime has been building up significant military-industrial, fuel and storage capacities in the areas of its Black Sea ports. Units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and foreign mercenaries were also stationed there,” the diplomat said.
