The Ukrainian army attempted to break through to the Orekhovsky direction in the early morning of July 22, Volodymyr Rogov, a member of the Main Board of the Zaporozhye Region administration, said on his Telegram channel.
According to him, the Ukrainian Armed Forces tried to attack Russian positions near the village of Rabotino.
“After a massive artillery buildup east of Rabotino, the enemy attacked with infantry and armored vehicles, including tanks and Bradleys,” an administration official wrote.
He said that the Russian army hit the enemy with artillery and MLRS.
According to Rogov, the battle is currently underway.
