El Llerenense announced this Friday the signings of Gustavo Quezada and Maxi Ribero, who join Kellyan García, Jacques Bayo, Pedro Toro and Pablo Guerrero. Through social networks, the club has highlighted that Quezada is a “midfielder who can act both in the offensive zone and in the defensive zone, with good ball striking and great physical power.”
He is a Getafe youth squad, with whom he made his debut with the first team in the 2016/2017 season when he was in the Second Division. After his experience in the Madrid team, the footballer went through Polvorín (a subsidiary of Lugo), Recreativo de Huelva, Marbella, Antequera, San Roque de Lepe and, finally, Calahorra. The last season was played between the last two teams, adding a total of 17 games played, 14 of them as a starter. With Lepe’s team he played in the Second RFEF, while with the Calagurritan he did so in the First RFEF.
For his part, Maxi Ribero, an Argentine midfielder, arrives from Hércules. Formed in the lower categories of Newell’s, he achieved promotion to the First RFEF with Intercity.
