A box labeled “Radium” found in a tree near the headquarters of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) in Moscow contains a radiosonde and a weather sensor, TASS reported, citing the emergency services.

“The suspicious box was opened, a radiosonde and a weather sensor were found inside,” the report said.

The emergency services officer said the items were seized, they will be sent to experts for examination. According to preliminary data, the contents of the box are safe, she said.

It was previously reported that a box marked “Radium” was found near the headquarters of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) in the Russian capital. Specialists were sent to the place where the object was found.
