CBO participants may be allowed to obtain rights without going through a driving school

The deputies of the Tambov Regional Duma took the initiative to allow participants in the special military operation (SVO) to pass the exams on the rights of categories “A” and “B”, without having previously taken a course at a driving school.

The document published in the electronic database of the State Duma proposes to allow those who participate in the SVO to take exams for the right to drive vehicles of categories “A” and “B” “based on the results of self-study.”

According to the authors of the bill, the adoption of such a measure will help speed up the process of obtaining driver’s licenses for participants in the SVO. Therefore, they will be able to perform official tasks in the war zone faster.
