Osasuna will finally play the Conference League

Club Atlético Osasuna will finally play the 2023-24 Conference League after completing today the procedure before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).

UEFA has concluded, after the new evidence presented by the Navarrese team, that the rojillos were victims of the events that occurred regarding match-fixing almost a decade ago. The highest body of European football therefore considers Osasuna suitable to play in European competitions.

On the other hand, UEFA has opened a disciplinary procedure against Osasuna for going to ordinary justice in this process, a situation that will not prevent their participation in the next Conference League, as reported by the rojilla entity itself through an official statement.
