Singer Yulia Savicheva in an interview with aif.ru admitted that last year she returned to ballroom dancing for the first time after a long break.

“I dedicated 8 years of my life to ballroom dancing: from 7 to 15,” said the artist. – Then there was a great occasion, but I really wanted to go back to Pro-Am, where a professional dances with a non-professional. In 2022, for the first time in a long time, I paired up with a partner, we prepared 3 dances and entered the dance floor as participants in the tournament, where we took first place. Now I dance with a new partner, a professional – Semyon Medyankin. For me, dancing is an inspiration, a kind of outlet. When you want to change, ballroom dancing helps a lot, and it’s also a sport to keep fit».

According to Savicheva, they are preparing 10 dances with a partner in different programs. And already on October 1 they will take part in the first joint tournament.

Earlier, in an interview with aif.ru, the singer expressed the opinion that the number of views of clips on YouTube is not an indicator of the artist’s popularity.
